Returns & Exchanges

Is the product not what you expected? No problem. You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt, provided the product is unused and undamaged.

How does it work? You no longer need to email us. You can easily register your return yourself through our online portal:

1. Register: Enter your postcode and order number and select the products you want to return.

2. Costs: You pay the return costs (€ 6.95) directly in the portal.

3. Approval: We review your request. After approval, you'll receive the shipping label by email.

4. Ship: Pack the product well, attach the label and drop it off at a point of the chosen carrier.

Important conditions

• Inspection period: You may examine the product as you would in a physical shop.

• Components & Electronics: For components and semiconductors: leave the packaging unopened. Due to the sensitivity of these products and the availability of datasheets, the right of return lapses once the sealed packaging has been broken.

• Condition of the product: Damaged or used products cannot be refunded, or only partially.

• Refund: After we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund the purchase amount within 14 days via the payment method you used.

Note on free shipping Did you pay no shipping costs at purchase (free shipping), but does the total order amount fall below the free shipping threshold after the return? Then the original shipping costs will still be charged and deducted from your refund.

Defective on arrival? Did your product arrive damaged or defective? Report this immediately upon receipt so we can resolve it for you.
